Rule 200
Preparation of Personal Details Form (citrol)

(1) The appointing authority shall prepare two copies of the personal details form (citroll) of each police employee in the format as per schedule-23.
(2) One copy of the personal statement (citroll) prepared according to sub-rule (1) should be kept in the police library and the other copy should be kept in the office where the employee is stationed. The personal details kept in the office where the employee is present should be sent to the same office if the police employee is transferred to another place.
(3) When preparing the merit list of a police officer, the evaluated aspects of his conduct and performance should also be clearly disclosed. The record of the said good will be kept in the form of a three-volume record in the police head office staff administration branch, the relevant regional police office and the police office where he/she works.
(4) The format and implementation process of the Nekivedi to be prepared in accordance with sub-rule (3) shall be as determined by the Police Policy Making Committee under Rule 193.
